Tony Leung is God

I would argue that Tony Leung is the greatest relatively young-ish actor in the world today. Starting with Hou's "City of Sadness" in 1989, where he manages to dominate the movie even though he plays a mute, then 1990's "Bullet in the Head" from John Woo, then a great part in WKW's "Days of Being Wild" in 1991, Woo's "Hard-Boiled" in 1992, Lau's "Eagle-Shooting Heroes" in 1993, WKW's "Chungking Express" and "Ashes of Time" in 1994, WKW's "Happy Together" in 1997, Hou's "Flowers of Shanghai" in 1998, and in the past 5 years: "Hero", "In the Mood for Love", "2046", and "Infernal Affairs".

It's really hard to top that list of performances - I would argue no single actor has been more influential since 1990 that Tony Leung.
